Privacy Policy
Last updated August 11, 2026
This policy explains how Dokimi handles information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a plan, or use our AI fashion design tools.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, login information, plan, credit balance, and support messages.
We process the prompts, images, brand details, product references, generated results, validations, videos, and technical files you choose to provide or create.
We also collect limited device, browser, referral, and product-usage information so we can operate the service, prevent abuse, understand where customers need help, and improve the experience.
Payments
Payments and subscription details are processed by Stripe. Dokimi receives billing status, plan, invoice, and limited payment-method information such as card brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested generations and analyses, maintain accounts and Libraries, process subscriptions and credits, deliver transactional messages, provide support, secure the service, diagnose failures, and improve product reliability.
Creative inputs may be sent to specialized AI and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver the feature you requested. Their processing is governed by our agreements with them and their applicable service terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage, retention, and security
We keep account, billing, support, and creative-work records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Dokimi and its customers. Retention can differ by record type.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account and brand information in Dokimi, manage subscription and payment details through the billing tools, and request help with access, correction, or deletion through the in-app support form.
Some records may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Dokimi evolves. Material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate notice. Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through Dokimi’s in-app support form.
