Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be authorized to submit every prompt, image, brand asset, product reference, or other file you upload.

You may not use Dokimi to violate law or third-party rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, bypass access or credit controls, interfere with the service, or generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.

Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Current pricing, credit allocation, billing interval, and plan features are shown before purchase. You can manage payment details, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through Dokimi’s billing tools.

Credits are a limited license to use eligible Dokimi features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the rollover and plan rules shown at purchase. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

If a paid action fails, credit handling can vary by feature and failure type. Report a disputed charge through in-app support so the underlying provider and account records can be reviewed. Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges and used credits are non-refundable.

You retain the rights you already hold in material you submit. As between you and Dokimi, you may use outputs created for your account subject to these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any restrictions imposed by an underlying provider.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material produced for others, or unsuitable for production. You are responsible for reviewing designs, validations, measurements, technical packs, marketing claims, and intellectual-property clearance before relying on or commercializing them.

Features may change, pause, or become unavailable as models and providers evolve. We work to keep Dokimi reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generation will succeed or meet a particular creative, commercial, or manufacturing result.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Dokimi at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls.

Dokimi is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where legally allowed. Dokimi is not a substitute for legal, financial, engineering, manufacturing, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokimi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through Dokimi or another appropriate notice. Questions can be submitted through the in-app support form.
